Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975 C.231, notice is hereby given that the Clinton Township Board of Education will hold a special meeting to conduct a board retreat to discuss board bylaws on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 8 AM at the Clinton Township Middle School in the Cafeteria, located at 34 Grayrock Road, Clinton, NJ 08809. No board action will be taken.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:11-11, the Clinton Township Board of Education Board of Education, in the County of Hunterdon, hereby provides notice of its intention to hold a Public Hearing on, and vote on the approval of, the contract of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary for the effective period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The Public Hearing will take place during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Education to be held on March 15, 2021 at 7:30 PM via virtual access. The public can register to attend here.

At the Public Meeting, the Board will permit the public to make comments on the aforementioned contract. The Board, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 (b), shall not publicly discuss personnel matters and shall not respond to comments made by members of the public. However, the Board will give all comments appropriate consideration. Please be aware that the subject of this hearing retains the right of privacy and shall retain all rights regarding defamation and slander according to the laws of New Jersey. The Board shall not be held liable for comments made by members of the public. A copy of the contract is on file and available for review by the public at the Office of the Board Secretary located in the Board of Education Office, at 128 Cokesbury Road, Lebanon, NJ 08833, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
