New Student Registration
Welcome to the Clinton Township School District!
It is important for families new to the district, or with children entering school for the first time, to register as early as possible so we can schedule classroom assignments and bus routes.
The following records/forms need to be presented at the time of registration:
Birth Certificate
Original (with raised seal)
If born outside the U.S.: Passport, Visa, or etc.
Proof Of Residence (one of the following is acceptable)
Purchase Agreement/Deed
Property Tax Bill/Document
Mortgage Statement
Lease Agreement
Physical Exam
Must be completed within one year of the school start date
Immunization Records
Up-to-date vaccinations as required by state law
Child Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
Legal custody agreements, court orders, or guardianship documentation
WHERE TO REGISTER: Please bring this information to the Board of Education office located at the Round Valley School. Be sure to call Carmella Shaw in advance to schedule a time to finalize your paperwork. 908-236-7235, ext. 521.
HOW TO REGISTER:
*Option 1: Online Student Registration (Preferred)
While most of the registration process can be completed online, we require a paper copy of some of the required registration documents. The specific forms are indicated in the online registration system.
2024-2025 school year - The online registration form can be found here. (Please be sure to select the correct school year). You will complete a brief pre-registration form that will generate a confirmation to the email you provide. This email address must be verified in order to create an account. Once your email is verified, a follow up email will be sent with further instructions to create an enrollment account and complete the registration process. Option 2: Print and Deliver Paper Forms

Does your child have health insurance? If not, please visit www.njfamilycare.org. It is a law in NJ that all children age 18 and under MUST have health insurance. NJ Family Care is a federal and state funded health insurance program, which provides free or low cost insurance for parents and children.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
For those parents interested in Before and/or After School care for the 2024-2025 School Year, the YMCA will be providing the before and aftercare program at our schools. Visit their website here.
