Request for Proposals

Clinton Township Board of Education

The Clinton Township Board of Education is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as all other applicable state and federal laws. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.

The Food Service Management Company must currently be registered with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture (NJDA) Division of Food and Nutrition.

Food Service Management Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to Mark Kramer via email at azabiega@ctsdnj.org.

The Clinton Township Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.

A pre-proposal meeting and tour of the schools is scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM at 128 Cokesbury Road, Lebanon, NJ 08833.

All proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday, May 18, 2023 by 8:00AM. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Clinton Township Board of Education and Mark Kramer and be clearly marked: FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY PROPOSAL.

Upon release of this RFP, all Proposer communications concerning this document must be directed in writing no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 to Andrew Zabiega via email at azabiega@ctsdnj.org.

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Clinton Township Board of Education has rescheduled its Regular Meeting for Monday, May 1, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. to begin at 6:30 p.m. The Board will convene in open session and immediately adjourn to Executive Session.The Board will return from Executive Session after no more than thirty (30) minutes and proceed into the regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting will be held in the Clinton Township Middle School Auditorium, 34 Grayrock Road, Clinton, New Jersey 08833.
